Brownies


Time 50 Minutes Temperature 325 ° F.

11/2 cup sugar
2/3 cup butter
1/4 cup water -bring to a boil-remove from heat

Add:

1 12 oz. pkg of choc. chips ( 2 cups ) 11/2 cup flour 1 cup of nuts (optional)
2 teaspoons vanilla- Stir until choc. melts 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
Beat in 4 eggs - one at a time 1/2 teaspoon salt

Pour into a 13X9 pan. Smooth out.
