Heat oven to 375. In small bowl, combine 1 1/4 cups pie crust mix and 3-4 tbsp cold water, stir to form a stiff, moist dough. With floured fingers, press dough evenly in bottom and up sides to edge of 8" or 9" pie pan. Fill with desired canned or fresh fruit filling.

For topping, combine remaining pie crust mix, 1/4 c brown sugar and 1 tbsp cold water until well blended and crumbly. Sprinkle evenly over filling. Bake at 375 for 30-40 mins for canned fruit filling, 45-55 minutes for fresh fruit filling or until topping is golden brown and fruit is tender.
