EGG NOG


Cook:
1/2 c sugar
1 tbsp flour
2 eggs slightly beaten
Cook like custard, very low heat.

Warm up & add :
1 1/2 c scalded milk
Cook until coats spoon.
Chill 3 hours up to 2 days.
Add:
1 pt heavy cream that's been whipped up.
Fold cream into custard.

Add:
1/8 tsp salt
1/2 vanilla
nutmeg & cinnamon to taste
Can add extra mile to thickness desired
