5 or 6 fresh Sweet Potatoes (Yams) ~ NOT THE CANNED KIND! ~
2 sticks of butter
1 cup milk
2 cups crannberry relish click here
2 cups of mini marshmellows
Peel & cut sweet potatoes into 1 inch cubes. Boil them until they are soft.
Mash the sweet potatoes. mix in milk & butter.
Put the mix in a caserole dish, put a layer of cranberry relish on top, then a layer of mini marshmellows. Bake @ 350°
until marshmellows have melted & browned a bit.
