Salmon & Noodle Casserole


Time 25 Minutes Temperature 375 ° F.

3 tbsp butter 1 5oz pkg med noodles
2 tbsp flour 1 15oz can pink salmon
2 cups milk 1-2 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp salt 2 tbsp parsley
dash pepper 1 tbsp chopped onion
buttered bead crumbs

In heavy saucepan melt butter, blend in flour. Gradually add milk, cook and stir until mixture thick & smooth. Season with salt & pepper. Meanwhile, cook noodles as directed on pkg. Drain salmon; sprinkle with lemon juice. In butered 1 1/2 qt. casserole, alternate layers of noodles, salmon, parsley, onion & while sauce. Top with buttered crumbs. Bake 375 oven about 25 minutes or until bubbly hot. Serves 8
