| Time: Till Done (usually about 40 min) | Temperature 350 ° F. |
| 1 egg | 1 c milk | 3 tsp baking powder | |

| 1 tbsp shortening | 1/2 tsp salt | berries | |
| 2 c sugar | 3 c flour |
Mix ingredients and stir in as many berries as possible.
Bake 350 till done (when you can poke the center with a toothpick and it comes out relatively clean)
