FRUIT PIZZA


Crust:
1 Pillsbury sugar cookie dough package

Filling:
(2) 12 oz. pkg. cream cheese,
1 cup powdered sugar
Fruit:
4 cups fresh fruit (your choice). Bananas, kiwi, strawbwrries, peaches, blueberries, etc.
Glaze:
1/4 cup lime or lemon juice
3 TBSP cornstarch
3/4 cup water
3/4 cup orange juice
1/2 cup sugar
dash salt

Instructions:
Roll out cookie dough on a pizza pan/ or round cooking stone.
Bake at 350 12-15 minutes or until slightly golden. Set aside to cool.
After crust cools slightly, I use dental floss to pull under crust to loosen it for serving.
Peel fruit and slice. Cover crust with fruit using a circular pattern from inside out/
In a small pan mix lemon/line juice, cornstarch. water. O.J, sugar and salt.
Boil, stirring constantly, slightly cool. Completely cover fruit with glaze.. Chill, slice as pizza and serve
