Bring to hard boil:
2 cups orange juice (made from 6oz frozen oj with only 2 cans water added)
2 tbsp sugar
2-3 tbsp grated orange peel
1 tsp butter
salt & pepper to taste
1 orange cut into slices 1/8"
In separate bowl combine:
3oz cold water
2-3 tbsp heaping cornstarch
Add to mixture already boiling & stir constantly till thickened. Pour over
chicken already cooked while still hot. Arrange one slice of orange on each
peice of chicken.
