1 head of Red Leaf Lettuce
1 TBSP yellow mustard
5 cloves garlic
2/3 cup olive oil
1 TBSP red wine vinegar
2 TBSP MAGGI liquid seasoning
1/2 tsp salt
Instructions:
Wash and spin dry lettuce. Tear into bite size pieces. Cover and refrigerate.
Put garlic cloves through a garlic press and put in a small bowl. add remaining ingredients and mix well with a wire whisk. Pour over lettuce and toss. Serve immediately. Do not mix greens and dressing ahead of time as lettuce will start to wilt.
