Salmon & Noodle Casserole

3 tbsp butter |
1 5oz pkg med noodles |
2 tbsp flour |
1 15oz can pink salmon |
2 cups milk |
1-2 tbsp lemon juice |
1/2 tsp salt |
2 tbsp parsley |
dash pepper |
1 tbsp chopped onion |

buttered bead crumbs |
In heavy saucepan melt butter, blend in flour. Gradually add milk, cook and stir until mixture thick & smooth. Season with salt & pepper. Meanwhile, cook noodles as directed on pkg. Drain salmon; sprinkle with lemon juice. In butered 1 1/2 qt. casserole, alternate layers of noodles, salmon, parsley, onion & while sauce. Top with buttered crumbs. Bake 375 oven about 25 minutes or until bubbly hot. Serves 8
